Laura from 'Go With The Flow Yoga' and I have been running Creative Calm Art & Yoga School Holiday Workshops for nearly a year now!​ We both met when we worked together as Primary School Teachers.

 

Laura has trained as a Yoga Teacher and has so many fun and imaginative ways to teach yoga to children through games, activities and a little bit of calm!​

 

I like to encourage creativity and each club has an art activity teaching different skills and techniques such as clay, sewing, collage, paint and 3D modelling.​
